We will confirm your payment with our secure payment system and if everything is correct, you will receive a confirmation about your order and we will start making your doll.

During the manufacturing process we will send updates about your doll, in some case we might even send you picture of the status of your doll in progress (it will depend on the level of orders in our pipeline).

Once your doll in created for you, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the shipping details and tracking number.

We ship our products worldwide (except mulsim countries), however there might be some restrictions in certain countries.

Usually we can’t stop an order after 24-48 of submission, so please let us know asap and we’ll see if we can modify your order

For some countries, especially in Europe, we offer a service to pre-pay VAT and import taxes, so you don’t need to deal with customs, ask after placing your order if interested

We’ll ship your dream sexy doll, a bikini or lingerie set, a blanket, and in some case we might add some other surprises or maintenance tools (depend on availability).

You can ask for specific outfits but we can’t guarantee it. Keep in mind that in most cases our dolls have been styled with clothes, accessories and make up for photo display.

Shipping and Import Taxes have an extra cost of over $3000 USD (depending on love doll model and weight), so if you are a serious buyer and interested please let us know so we can make it happen and deliver at any address serviceable by Bluedart / Delhivery / DTDC in India.

Once you place your order we will reach out by email to make sure that we got your doll details right. After that we will start the manufacturing process. Please allow around 10 days for manufacturing and another 10 days for shipping (it usually takes less than that, but it will depend on the doll type and the shipping destination).

We will send you the tracking number of your order once it is shipped. We use Fedex and DHL so you can track your order easily

You just need to tell us the address or any other location or a Fedex store and we will ship your order there, so you can swing by and pick it there at your convenience

We allow customization options, please let us know if you are looking for some option that you can’t find in our site.

Select a doll that you like, and scroll down, in most of the dolls you’ll see customization options. For some dolls we are listing the base price of 140cm, and we allow customer to upgrade to bigger bodies, that are more expensive too, that is why you could find 155cm dolls at $1820 with a body option of 140cm, and if you click on a bigger body your price will increase. If you find it difficult or confusing please let us know and we will help you customizing.

We can also build your own doll. Send us an email with a picture and instructions, and we will evaluate your model and provide a proposal.
